• A free hearing test is carried out by one of our audiologists whom you can trust at your convenience.  You can also have a friend or family member there to support you and help you with any decision-making needed.
• We use the very latest equipment for your hearing test, which will result in the most beneficial diagnosis, and the right hearing aid choice for you, your loss, and your lifestyle.
• We will put your mind at ease, provide any support, and make a plan to acknowledge any issues you might have regarding hearing loss and your ear health plan going forward.
• There may be a chance that you might be able to have your hearing aid fitted at home too on the same day in some cases.
• If hearing aids need to be ordered or custom made, we will organise a hearing aid fitting and programming appointment in your home when they are ready.
